Shipping & Tracking Updates
We will email you when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. You may also receive updates when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Shipping Timeframes
- Packaged Goods: Ship within 24–48 hours
- Imprinted Products: Ship in 3–5 business days
- Pre-Inserted Envelopes: Ship in approximately 5 business days
Please note: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit times provided are estimates. We encourage ordering in advance to avoid delays due to shipping carriers or product availability.
Required Signature for Delivery
All imprinted orders, including business checks and deposit tickets, may require a signature upon delivery. Carriers such as UPS or FedEx will typically deliver during normal business hours.
This requirement helps protect both your business and Choice Checks from fraudulent orders and theft.
Stolen Packages
Choice Checks is not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery location.
This applies to all products, including imprinted items. If a package is stolen after delivery, a replacement order will need to be placed.
Order Processing & Review
Order confirmation does not mean an order has been accepted. Choice Checks reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or cancel any order after it has been received.
For fraud prevention, we may review billing information, shipping address, email address, IP address, and payment details before processing.
Shipping Address Verification
Because business checks are sensitive financial products, orders may be reviewed if billing and shipping addresses do not match. Orders shipping to residential addresses may require additional verification or may be declined.
Returns
Non-custom items may be eligible for return if unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Custom printed products, including imprinted business checks and personalized deposit slips, are non-returnable unless there is a production error caused by Choice Checks.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and details so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered production or shipped. Custom orders often begin processing quickly, so please contact us immediately for cancellation requests.
